Almost all of the designs on my products are my own and most are personalised in some way. For all personalised items I will send one or more mockup images for your approval before your order goes to print. It will not go in to production until you are happy with the design and I pride myself on my customer service.
I use trusted third party print companies in several different countries to print and despatch my products.
Please message me to clarify delivery times if you need something in a hurry. For some items I can offer faster delivery but not all my production partners offer this.
Despatch & Delivery Information: I will normally process all orders within 1 – 2 days apart from some personalised items which can take longer, up to 1- 2 weeks for complex orders, especially at busy times. All items are usually then printed and despatched within 2 – 7 working days.
Standard UK postage is via Royal Mail 1st Class (1 – 2 days delivery).
Standard shipping outside the UK may be an untracked service in a small number of cases depending on the product purchased.
If you do live outside the UK, please feel free to message me to clarify postage costs and upgrade options.
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible and before any work is carried out on a personalised design.
If you are not happy for any reason with the product on receiving it, please contact me asap with a brief explanation of the issue and photo if possible to show to my production partner/print company who has despatched your order. In the event of an item arriving damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, I may offer a refund or send out a replacement item.
I will only retain personal information for as long as required to complete payment, processing, delivery & return/refund if required of an order, unless permission is given to retain these details for any future orders.
You can subscribe to my mailing list to receive news on new products and offers on the link below. This will usually be at most a monthly newsletter email detailing latest products & offers.
